Why haven't I received the document I signed?

There are two reasons why you might not have received a document you signed on Mifiel:

1. Someone still needs to sign. You'll receive the signed XML file and the PDF with the signature page once the last signer has signed.
2. The document was deleted before everyone signed. The document may have had a signing deadline, and if that deadline passed with signatures still missing, the creator may have chosen to delete it. If this happened, you won't receive the signed document, and it won't have any legal effect, even if you signed it.

If you have a Mifiel.com account, you can always go to the "My Documents" section to check a document's status and download the original or signed versions.
