# How do I unlock my account?

If you try to sign in to your Mifiel account several times and enter the wrong password each time, we'll lock your account for security reasons.

When this happens, we'll send you an email with a link to reset your password. If you didn't receive it, you can request a new one by entering your registered email address at[https://www.mifiel.com/users/unlock/new](https://www.mifiel.com/users/unlock/new)

Once you've reset your password, your account will be unlocked and you'll be able to keep using Mifiel.
