I'm not receiving the email invitation to sign

If you're waiting for an invitation to sign a document on Mifiel but haven't received it by email, here are a few possible reasons:

• It's in your spam folder. Spam filters sometimes send legitimate emails to your spam or junk folder. Check there to see if the signing invitation ended up in it.
• The document creator entered the wrong email address. Ask them to check the email address they entered on Mifiel.com and update it if it's incorrect.
• There was a problem with our email system when the invitation was sent. Ask the document creator to send you a signing reminder from Mifiel.com. Or, if you already have a Mifiel account with that email address, log in at Mifiel.com or in the Mifiel app, and you'll find the document waiting for your signature.
