Frequency of automatic reminders
Sometimes signers receive the signature invitation in their mail but decide to leave it for another time.
To ensure that they don't forget to sign your document, our system sends five automatic reminders every three days. If you want to change the frequency, you can do so. The other options available are every day, every week (all with a limit of five reminders) or no reminders.
You can also send reminders manually to specific participants from the document administration.
