How can I purchase credit packets for documents and identity verification?

You can easily purchase your credits on Mifiel.com using your credit card or by SPEI transfer

To purchase packets of document credits or biometric identity verification credits (for simple electronic signature), you can do so from your Mifiel account by following the steps below.

If your account runs out of document credits, when you log in to your Mifiel.com account you will see an on-screen message indicating that you can purchase more document credits or delete a pending document.

  1. Login to your Mifiel.com account. If you are part of an Organization, you will need to have the Administrator role to be able to make purchases.
  2. At the top of the screen, click on the "Account" menu and click on the "Purchases and Billing" option.
  3. Click on the "Buy credits" button.
  4. Select the document or biometric identity verification credit package you need.
  5. Select whether you will pay by credit card or SPEI transfer.
  6. If you have a discount code, enter it and press the "Apply" button.
  7. If you chose to pay by credit card, click on " Proceed to checkout", enter the data requested by the page and click on the " Pay" button.
  8. If you chose to pay by SPEI transfer, click on "Create slip" and make your transfer with exactly the same information that appears on the slip.
  9. Do you need an invoice for your purchase? You can easily request it from your account.
