How document credits are consumed

When you purchase a package of document credits, they are credited to your account and remain indefinitely. If you never use them, they will never be deducted.

There is no limit to the number of signers. Each credit is consumed when a document is finished being signed. Even if a document has been signed by the majority of its signers, as long as one person has not signed it, the corresponding credit will not be debited.

If a document has not been signed and you decide to delete it (or it is automatically deleted using the "Expiration date" functionality), it will be deleted, and the corresponding credit will not be deducted from your account.
