Message for signers

As the creator of a document, you can include a customized message for your signers. This way, you can provide more information and context or instructions to your signers.

When creating a document, you will see the option on the right side of your screen. The message has a limit of 500 characters.

Your signers will see the message in the signing invitation email. They will also be able to display it and see it on the document preview page. If you integrate the widget using the API, by default the message will not be displayed in the signing flow but you will be able to display it if you wish.

The message for signers functionality is included at no additional cost when you purchase your document packets.
