Sometimes errors or inconveniences beyond Mifiel's control may prevent the parties from signing a document on the platform. When this happens, the signer can notify the requester that they cannot sign and the reason for this.
The reasons for the signer to reject the document are:
- They do not have an e.firma.
- They have doubts about the content of the document.
- They detected an error in the document.
- They are not one of the signers.
- There is an error in their RFC.
- Other reason.
Your signer will be able to choose any of these reasons by clicking on the "There is a problem with the document" link and provide you with more details in a message. You will receive a notification indicating the problem for you to resolve.
