When this happens, the signer can notify the requester that they cannot sign and the reason for this. The reasons for the signer to reject the document are: - They do not have an e.firma. - They have doubts about the content of the document. - They detected an error in the document. - They are not one of the signers. - There is an error in their RFC. - Other reason. Your signer will be able to choose any of these reasons by clicking on the "There is a problem with the document" link and provide you with more details in a message. You will receive a notification indicating the problem for you to resolve.
