Your signers who do not have a valid e.firma certificate can also sign contracts in Mifiel

For those users whose signers do not have an e.firma, at Mifiel we have available the simple electronic signature with biometric verification. Just like the advanced electronic signature, it has full legal validity to sign contracts.

How to sign with simple electronic signature in Mifiel

Signing with it is very simple, your signer only has to:

1. Open the invitation to sign in their email.
2. Indicate that they do not have an e.firma.
3. Take a picture of their face and their ID.
4. Type their full name.
5. Confirm their name and that's it! The document is signed.

How to obtain the simple electronic signature in Mifiel

To allow your signers to sign your documents through biometric verification, you only need to:

1. Contact our support team via chat to request that they enable the simple e-signature functionality in your account. Just click on the green button located in the lower right corner of the screen.
2. Purchase biometric verification credits from the purchase section of your dashboard.
3. Prepare your documents as you regularly do.
4. When one of your signers does not have the e.firma, they will be able to indicate this and sign using biometric verification.
