We have an agreement with both Buró de Crédito and Círculo de Crédito that allows you to sign authorizations to consult credit reports with both Credit Information Companies.
Additionally, several public brokers in the country have implemented the digital protocol through Mifiel to grant public trust remotely to documents with electronic signature.
If you require greater privacy over the content of your documents, you have the option of signing encrypted documents within the platform through the specialized encrypted vault solution. In addition, if you need to endorse promissory notes electronically, you can also do it in Mifiel through the specialized solution of endorsable promissory notes. What type of documents is not advisable to sign electronically?
Any document in which it is not practical to do so. An example of this are documents that must necessarily be signed in the presence of a notary, such as property deeds.
