Document credits
Each document with no particular characteristics in Mifiel requires a document credit. The number of signers does not affect the price per document credit. In order to prepare a document, you must have a document credit available in your account, which is consumed when all parties have successfully signed it.
These documents support electronic signatures with e.firma at no additional cost.
Credits applicable to users who require a signing process for encrypted documents
Credits for encrypted documents
As with non-encrypted documents, the number of signers does not affect the price per encrypted document credit. In order to prepare an encrypted document, you must have a corresponding credit available in your account, which is finally consumed when all parties have successfully signed it.
Encrypted documents only support electronic signatures with e.firma.
If you have encrypted document access enabled, you will only be able to prepare and manage encrypted documents from your account.

Credits applicable to users using simple electronic signature (with biometric verification)
Biometric verification credits
If any of your signers does not have an e.firma and therefore need to sign by verifying their identity with biometrics, you must have identity verification credits. Each time a signer initiates the biometric verification process on a document, an identity verification credit is consumed, regardless of whether the individual ends up signing the document or not.
Credits applicable to users who sign and endorse electronic promissory notes
If you require a promissory note to be endorsed in the future, before requesting signatures you must set it up as an endorsable promissory note. In order to set up an endorsable promissory note, you must have endorsement folios and document credits.
Endorsement Folios
When you set up an endorsable promissory note, Mifiel will assign it a unique identifier (folio). Each promissory note that you configure as endorsable will debit an endorsement folio and a document credit, which will be consummated when all parties have successfully signed. In this way, the document will be registered in the blockchain.

Endorsement credits
When you need to endorse a document that you previously configured as endorsable, you must have endorsement credits and document credits. Each time you endorse a promissory note, an endorsement credit and a document credit will be debited. When the document is successfully endorsed, these credits will be definitively consumed and the transfer of ownership will be recorded in the blockchain.
