What can I do if one of my signers or reviewers has a problem with the document?

Find out what you can do when a participant declines to sign or approve the document.

People invited to sign or approve a document have an option to decline this request, called "There is a problem with the document". If at any time your signers or reviewers have notified you of the reason for rejection through this option in Mifiel, in this article we suggest alternatives to handle it.

My signer declined to sign

I don't have an e.firma

If your signer does not have an e.firma but you require them to sign the document in Mifiel, contact that person directly and ask them to get an e.firma. If this is not feasible, you will have to explore another scheme for them to sign, for example, a simple electronic signature with biometric verification which Mifiel also has available.

I have doubts about the document's content

Check if the signer left a message about it. If necessary, contact the signer.

There document has an error

Check if the signer left a message about it. If necessary, contact the signer directly. If there is indeed an error in the document, you can correct it by deleting the current document in Mifiel and uploading the corrected version.

I am not one of the signers

You can edit the document to add the correct signer and delete the wrong one.

The RFC indicated is incorrect

You can edit the signer information to indicate the correct RFC (RFC restriction).

My reviewer refused to approve

There is an error with the signers

The document reviewer detected one or more errors in the signer's information (name or company name, RFC or any other data) or that a signer is missing or missing. Check if the signer left a message regarding this matter. If necessary, contact the signer.

Depending on the error, you can resolve it by deleting the document and uploading it again, corrected, or editing the signers from the "See details" option.
